Beta Release

You understand and acknowledge that this Beta release is made available on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis for the purpose of providing Jetico with feedback on the quality and usability of the software. The software may contain errors or inaccuracies that could cause failures, corruption or loss of data and/or information from your device and from peripherals (including, without limitation, servers and computers) connected thereto. Jetico strongly encourages you to back-up all data and information on your device and any peripherals prior to using the software. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS AND ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INTERNET ACCESS FEES, BACK-UP EXPENSES, COSTS INCURRED FOR THE USE OF YOUR DEVICE AND PERIPHERALS, AND ANY DAMAGE TO ANY EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, INFORMATION OR DATA. In addition, Jetico is not obligated to provide any maintenance, technical or other support.

No Resale, Distribution or Reverse Engineering

You agree that you will not reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, resell, rent or trade the software (or any part thereof) for any purpose. You agree that you will not distribute the software (or any part thereof). You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, or disassemble the software in whole or in part.

Jetico’s Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge and agree that Jetico owns all legal right, title and interest in and to the software, including any and all intellectual property rights that exist therein, whether registered or not, and wherever in the world they may exist. You further agree that the software (or any other part thereof) contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

Feedback

Jetico will provide you with the opportunity to submit comments, suggestions, or other feedback regarding your use of this Beta release. You agree that in the absence of a separate written agreement to the contrary, Jetico will be free to use any feedback you provide for any purpose.
