Wiping a file or folder

Ctrl-click on a file or folder in Finder to invoke the context menu.
Then select the "Wipe with BCWipe..." command.
Select a wiping scheme and options.
Click "Wipe" to start wiping.
Click "Save log" if you need to save the wiping log.
